Less than one hour from Paris, we invite you to come experience the exclusive Demeure de Campagne Parc Coudray, a stunning mansion set in a private park, completely enclosed by walls. With a new Spa set to open in 2020, the setting is tranquil, secluded, and relaxed. Here under a canopy of trees, the guest rooms, restaurant, heated pool, and pool house all open on to the manicured lawns. Guests can enjoy a stroll along the walking path which circles the property, witness the magic of the bee hives, work up an appetite on the fitness trail, and enjoy the wide variety of trees and greenery throughout the grounds.
Activities
From a relaxed morning or afternoon stroll through the lovely gardens and park to a friendly game of tennis or petanque, a swim in the heated pool, or exploration of the apiary and educational farm, guests will find a variety of year-round activities appealing to all ages. And don’t worry if it happens to rain a bit, we can lend you boots and umbrellas so you can still enjoy a peaceful country walk.

Farm-To-Table Cuisine
Our Chef Ophélie discovered her passion for cooking and baking at a very early age and has honed her craft over many years in the kitchen. She is inspired by the locally sourced products available in the market and her dishes represent what is local and in season. Her specialty is beautiful plating and presentation and guests will be impressed by her culinary talents and artistic attention to detail.

Just to the southeast of the Demeure de Campagne Parc Coudray, guests will find the Ile-de-France, a beautiful farming and forest region with stunning green hillsides and inviting small towns where you can wander through the Sunday markets, explore the large forest, and take deep breathes in the fresh country air. A weekend outside of Paris here offers so many options…perhaps sampling local cheeses between Fontainebleau and Etampes, visiting small churches and castles, rock climbing, and participating in sports activities.
