At Parc du Coudray, wellness also means staying active! Beyond being a natural space to recharge, our wooded estate of pine and blue cedar trees offers a treetop adventure course where you can have fun and burn off energy in the heart of the forest, just 35 minutes from Paris.

The seven courses of varying difficulty are suitable for everyone, from budding adventurers to experienced climbers, while little ones will love scrambling through the course dedicated to children under 6. Surrounded by nature, these fun and athletic courses offer 3 hours of excitement as you move from platform to platform among 92 trees, soar through the air on zip lines, and enjoy the view over the 20 hectares of Parc du Coudray!

The Deep Nature Spa is the largest four-star spa south of Paris. This exceptional, light-filled space, open to nature, combines high-end facilities with absolute serenity. It features five treatment rooms, including duo suites, a sauna, a steam room, and a fitness center. Our golf practice area allows experienced players to work on their swing or improve their putting, and gives beginners a chance to discover the sport.

Visit the front desk to pick up your clubs or to organize a 90-minute group introductory session (minimum 5 people).

Discover the secrets of cocktail creation with our in-house bartenders. They will share their tips and teach you the art of mixology during a one-hour workshop. A blend of discovery and connection, this workshop is designed for adults and takes place every other week, alternating with our cooking workshop.

Come and discover Grand Garden, the unique vegetable garden at the Demeures du Parc du Coudray that allows our restaurant to be self-sufficient in fruits and vegetables. Thanks to this garden, we offer fresh, seasonal salads, straight from the garden to your plate.

But that's not all! Come and take part in our educational workshops for children and adults. Learn the secrets of gardening while respecting nature. And head home with a basket full of our delicious harvests.

The hour-long session will alternate between fluid poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises.
